Contract Recruiter Job Opening in Indianapolis, Indiana - We are looking to mentor and grow a in house recruiter with long term career goals.

-6 hours of the day could be on phones
-Ability to drive in Indiana and willing to attend conferences and meetings allover USA
-must be empathetic to people and understand what they are and who they are ( talking into people and understand if our organization is a fit for them ).
You would be working with BUSY & Successful people on both ends , it takes lot of patience and interpersonal skills to succeed , onus would be on you to get things moving
