Membership Coordinator - Sales Job Opening in Waltham, Massachusetts - This position serves as membership & sales representative of the club that includes developing an all-encompassing inside and outside sales initiative and facilitate revenue growth of all membership and fitness services offered. This position is responsible for the development and execution of corporate wellness development and membership.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and skillfully manage all functions related to membership dues growth and Businessdevelopment
Meet revenue generation targets and directly assist in the fiscal growth of the organization
Execute a corporate wellness outreach strategy and program design thus driving new dues
revenue through corporate partnerships
Consistent improvement of club sales and operations through effective planning,
implementation, and discretion in determining how to maximize best profits
Achieve sales goals established by leadership team
Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged
Organize and conduct events to build community awareness and drive new memberships
Undefined work assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
High School Graduate
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience
Strong organizational and managerial skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent communication, organizational and management skills
Detail-oriented, punctual and motivating
Ability to work in both independent & collaborative settings
Skilled in interpersonal relations and group dynamics
Exceptional oral & written communication skills
Diplomacy, tact, and ease of dealing with people
