Therapist Recruiter Job Opening in raleigh, North Carolina - Therapist Recruiter THERAPIST RECRUITER Job Posting Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. ("Legacy") currently has an opportunity for a seasoned Therapy Recruiter at its Raleigh, NC headquarters. This position has multi-state staffing responsibilities for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists in long-term care facilities within an assigned territory. In short, you will play an essential role as the "first face" of Legacy for one of our most valuable assets, our therapist candidates and prospective employees. Qualifications / Requirements So what should a qualified candidate look like? You must have: � A Bachelor's degree or equivalent four years of work in recruitment, human resources or a closely related field; � Experience as a healthcare recruiter with not less than two (2) years experience in therapy recruitment; � Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and be an outstanding verbal and written communicator; � Willingness to work fluctuating and flexible hours that may include evenings; � Understanding of online sourcing and the job posting process, as well as excellent computer skills to meet the demands of the position -- at a minimum, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and � A professional demeanor, high motivation, integrity, and creativity. Duties & Responsibilities � Develop and manage recruitment initiatives, screening, and processing candidates to achieve hiring goals; � Complete accurate weekly and monthly reports detailing recruiting activity; � Reduce contract labor and maintain a low cost per hire; � Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with candidates, colleagues, and industry contracts; � Negotiate salaries within company guidelines; � Anticipate, identify, and resolve issues to promote employee retention and engagement; � Embrace responsibility and accountability for Legacy's relationships with the therapist community, professional organizations, universities, and influential industry contacts; and � Share best practices as you contribute to Legacy's growth and development.
