As a Software Engineer, you will be part of our rapidly growing Technology Team that designs, developments and operates the company's suite of Marketing SaaS video applications, performance analytics and content management technologies for business utilizing the Agile-Scrum methodology in close collaboration with QA, Product Management and other stakeholders who will support and challenge you daily.

Responsibilities:
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver various projects.
Understand our system?s interdependencies, its limitations and possibilities.
Share knowledge in performance, scalability, system architecture, and engineering best practices.
Be an integral contributor on our engineering team by working closely with the product manager, QA and other team members to coordinate schedules, identify task assignments and provide progress updates at daily SCRUM meetings.
Champion development and Agile best practices for our team.
Design and improve software architectural aspects of the platform, solutions and applications.
You will analyze business requirements and architect solutions that are robust and scalable.
Keep abreast of the latest technologies
Act as a resource and mentor for junior developers

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of progressively responsible software applications development experience
3+ continuous years of hands-on, strong C# and development experience.
2+ years of hands-on, strong Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, database design, joins, views, triggers, stored procedures, data normalization and development) experience.
1+ years architecting high-availability, low-latency, secure and scalable systems
Azure and/or AWS experience
Working knowledge of HTML5 & PHP
Experience developing software with the Agile-Scrum methodology.
Experience coding web services & APIs for integrations with 3rd parties
Strong working knowledge of SDLC
Have a solid mastery of software engineering tools and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills - ability to work with people with a variety of skill sets and above all, you are a team player
Proven history of self-motivation & self-direction.
Ability to interact effectively with customers & team members on complex technical subjects
Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems
Experience influencing professional software engineering best practices for the full SDLC within your team, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operation.
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
Full stack experience ranging from front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems and all points in between.
Authorization to work in the United States required
