Residential Sales Manager Job Opening in Columbia, South carolina - We're looking to bring on an additional sales person with experience. This person is responsible for generating new leads in designated areas, performing inspections, adjuster meetings, submitting claims to office staff, ordering material, overseeing the project, and collecting payments.
High school diploma or equivalent at minimum
Proven capabilities in direct outside sales, proposal development, relationship building, and account management
Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
Exceptional writing, computer, and communication skills
Some work will be conducted outside at work sites in varying weather conditions and requires the ability to access roofs/roofs in progress
Ability to source, identify, develop, and nurture new opportunities
Excellent presentation skills
Strong capacity to work independently and with minimal management
Willingness to travel if needed
Must have great attitude
PAY/COMPENSATION
Opportunity to make $50,000-$100,000+ per year
We will train the right candidates
We start new sales agents at 40% commission
Experienced sales agents at 50% commission
10% overhead for company generated leads, 5% overhead for self-generated leads
Bonuses for contingency contracts paid weekly
Paid training
