The Boutique Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager in all aspects of successfully running the boutique. Including but not limited to customer experience, overall operational excellence, merchandising, social media and our high performance selling culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
Lead sales associate, work with customers to build avg. sales, UPT, and customer loyalty.
Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
Reply to customer questions and needs on all forms of social media.
Post to social media platforms daily.
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
Suggest sales training programs and techniques
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
Handle complaints from customers
Research emerging products and use information to update the store?s merchandise
Make sure all employees adhere to company?s policies and guidelines
Act as our store?s representative and set an example for our staff

Understanding and leveraging visual merchandising filters to create a compelling store environment that grows sales
Driving operating fundamentals
Effectively managing and controlling expenses
Executing boutique opening and closing procedures
Creating an awareness of loss prevention
Reinforcing boutique strategy to reduce shrink
Managing all activities related to providing a safe work environment
Understanding, demonstrating and enforcing boutique values
Qualifications:
2+ years? experience in a retail setting
1+ years? experience in a supervisory role preferred but not required
High school diploma/GED required
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.
Excellent customer service and communication skills needed
Organized and self motivated are a must
Previous experience leading leaders and associate teams
Demonstrates ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
Proven ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization
Demonstrates ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills
Demonstrates ability to assess talent, coach, develop and manage performance
Demonstrates business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills
Demonstrates excellent visual merchandising skills
Demonstrates strong product knowledge
Demonstrates ability to implement social media platforms
Demonstrates ability to implement marketing campaigns
