Job Description
The Agent Sales position is a career path position in our rapid growing, full-service, multi-line insurance business. After obtaining the appropriate license(s) and being properly trained, the individual will write (Auto, Property, Life, Retirement and Financial) business for this office. Increased responsibilities may be added as the individual?s experience and knowledge base grows. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused; possess strong ethical values; have an interest in the sales and service of insurance products and be self-motivated to succeed, in a fast paced, highly energetic work environment. This position comes with a established territory and a current list of clients. We have an established and proven business plan that, if followed, will lead to your financial success. Your income does not have a cap!

Responsibilities:
Conduct needs-based, sales presentations to local educators/teachers in the area
Utilize marketing tools and resources to generate new business
Secure referrals and set appointments to present or prospective clients
Deliver excellent customer service to existing policyholders and prospective clients
Develop and maintain a professional presence in your territory
Maintain a clean car for minimal travel to clients home or business
A valid driver?s license, reliable transportation

An Inside/Outside Sales Rep position with Bickett Insurance Agency/Horace Mann Insurance, offers you a full-time, position where you?ll receive company support, training, competitive compensation and benefits. No experience is required, but prior exposure to sales and customer service is helpful.
Position requirements
High school education (or equivalent)
Sales experience preferred with documented and proven sales record
Dependable and self-motivated to succeed
College preferred
Computer proficiency (Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
