Sales/Network Technician Job Opening in Billings, Montana - Our Company is looking for a smart, capable, and all-around enjoyable Network Administrator with a sales background to help support and grow our customer base.
Job Functions: Functional knowledge across a broad base of IT products is mandatory. Must be able to complete moderate to complex support tasks with little to no supervision or assistance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands on experience working in a professional environment with the following but not limited to technologies:
-Windows Workstation Administration
-Windows Server Administration
-SQL Administration
-VMWare and Hyper-V (Standalone and Cluster Environments)
-Microsoft Exchange, 2010, 2013 and 2016
-Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
-Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services
-Routing (Cisco, Sonicwall, Juniper), Switching, VLANS, NAT Policies
-Excellent customer service skills
PLEASE READ: This is a full time position (Monday -- Friday, 8am -- 5pm). There will be after hours work, and you will be a part of an on-call rotation.
