This property is well located and in excellent condition (all 2 beds ? 1.5 baths with washer/dryer & carports). We are a full service management company and are looking for another great employee to join us! Duties of this position include, but are not limited to; administrating all operations of the property, rent collection, marketing available units, directing vendors and employees?. Some assistance on apartment turnover and maintenance response is required. Prior on-site apartment management experience required. This position requires the employee to live on the property.
