-Salary Range : $38,000~$45,000 (depends on your experience)
-Job Summery: Under general direction, monitors a variety of clerical duties to maintain the shipping department, tracks production plans and deliver end-item parts for customers. Analyze sales amount and quantities comparing to the parts delivered by us. Reports to the Production Control Manager.
-Essential Job Functions:
Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, annual supplier?s plan & result.
Deliver proper parts on time.
Assist shipping members as needed
Analyze Daily, Weekly, Monthly material flow.
Analyze Warehouse and Line Running Method to increase efficiency.
Research and investigate to inform management for strategic decision-making processes.
-Skill and Knowledge:
Bilingual : Must be speak English and Korean
Customer and Personal Service ? Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Clerical ? Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, excel, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Computer ? Word, Excel, Email. (Excel is a must)
Speaking ? Talking to others to convey information effectively.
Reading Comprehension ? Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
Writing ? Communicating effectively and legibly in writing.
Social Perceptiveness ? Being aware of others? reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
