Line Cook: MUST be motivated, reliable, hard working and able to perform to our expectations. This individual should have knowledge and experience in sauces, basic cooking methods, comfortable working broil and saut�. Individual must have reliable transportation, open availability a great attitude and must be a team player. Pastry Chef: MUST be able to follow recipes, knowledge in bread making, pastries, individual desserts and plate presentation. Individual should be able to work in a fast paced environment, maintain high standards, and have open communication with the owner and chef. Must have experiance in high volume production.
