Baxton Studio Outlet, a rapidly growing furniture distributor, is seeking retail sales associates for our Lombard showroom and outlet. Great income potential and advancement opportunities for the right candidate.
Our sales associates welcome customers into our stores and assist with making furniture and mattress selections. They encourage the customer to make a purchase, and provide an exceptional customer duties include: Phone and email marketing , checking stock, entering orders, scheduling deliveries and maintaining a showroom.

Full time, commissioned based position with a draw
Earning potential of $35k + per year

Requirements
2 years or more of commissioned and/or retail sales.
Be a team player
Possess good communication skills. In person and phone.
Have a positive and winning attitude.
Must be comfortable with a PC including outlook and a web based point of sale.
Able to work a typical retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Furniture, mattress, or phone sales experience a plus!
Must pass a background check
