Staffing Sales Account Manager Job Opening in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Force Personnel Services is looking for an experienced sales professional for our OKC office to develop new business and service existing clients. Must be high-energy, dependable, detail oriented and driven to succeed. Proven ability to drive sales and staffing sales/account management experience required.
Overall responsibilities:
*Establishing and building relationships with new clients to assist them with their staffing needs.
*Networking and cold calling to identify new business opportunities.
*Work with recruiters to manage the delivery process for your clients' orders.
*Build and maintain industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals.
*Ongoing account management and customer service.
Must be a self-starter and strong communicator with excellent work ethic, intelligence, sense of urgency, tenacity and a desire to succeed.
