The Eden Companies is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Contractor Sales Account Manager for the Tulsa, Oklahoma metropolitan area. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with sharing in the profitability of the company, this is the position for you!
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
*Develop and maintain relationships with semi-established customer base and cultivate new opportunities by calling on home builders and architects in the Tulsa metropolitan area.
*Prepare estimates, present estimates to clients, close sales
*Monitor sales trends and product performance results
*Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the field
*Work with other personnel to ensure great customer service from the order to the delivery and beyond
A successful Account Manager will possess the following qualifications:
*A strong sales presence
*Problem solving, leadership and listening skills
*Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it)
*Must have prior Outside Sales experience in the residential construction industry
