General Summary/Overview
The Enterprise Center at Salem State University is a small business growth center that works with businesses at all stages of development through educational programs, seminars and events. We are currently looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, monthly reporting, and general bookkeeping duties. Hours are somewhat flexible - must be able to work 16 - 20 hours per week. Proficiency with QuickBooks is a must!
Qualifications/ Required Experience
3 ? 5 years? bookkeeping and accounting experience
3 ? 5 years? experience and proficiency in Office 365 and QuickBooks required
Ability and desire to produce quality, accurate work in a timely manner
Computer program proficiency including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, email, Internet
Ability to multitask
Ability to work well in a small, collaborative, flexible work environment
Ability to provide references from previous employers/clients
