Job Summary: We at LTI are seeking an innovative Receptionist/Office Assistant who has a creative eye, to join our expanding team. You must be a self-starter who is driven to deliver outstanding results in exceeding customers? expectations. In this role you will be dealing with all levels of clientele, from private customers to large corporations, responding via email, letter and telephone. You must have the ability and aptitude to problem solve. Training with be given to the right candidate. There is possibility of full time hours as demand increases.
Responsibilities:
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Update appointment calendars and schedule
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Serve as the point person for duties including:
Mailing
Office Supplies
Errands
Shopping
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
High School degree
PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $11.00 /hour
