About the role: The Sr. Financial Analyst will serve as a key liaison in coordinating and communicating with Western Union?s regional / product and shared service finance and accounting teams. Assist with the monthly / weekly close and estimate processes. Consolidate and critically analyze revenue, expense, key indicator & FTE variances in accordance with key SOX processes. Support quarter-end and earnings release processes. Assist with the overall global forecasting and planning processes, including the review, planning and reporting of capital expenditures, FTEs and other items. Perform other ad hoc analysis / support as needed.

Qualifications Education/Years of Experience: Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Math4-6 years finance experience, or equivalentStrong leadership and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Related Skills and Other Requirements: Highly proficient in with Oracle Hyperion with database software (SQL, MS Access, etc.) motivated, results-driven, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
