We are looking for a team member to join the Accounting/Finance department and help with daily bookkeeping activities and support the Corporate Controller.
Responsibilities
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
Manage royalty billing
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Assist with month end close
QuickBooks data entry
Vendor/Customer Account Management
Perform general office administrative duties as required, including filing of accounts receivable and accounts payable back-up, receiving and posting payments, and payroll
Process end of year 1099?s
Requirements
4+ years of experience (Preferably Franchise Accounting)
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge and understanding of financial concepts and Accounting principles
Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, problem-solving, interpersonal, and skills
Uplifting attitude to embrace change, learn and take on new challenges
Comfortable in a face paced work environment
