Client Case Manager Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Perform clerical tasks, such as arranging letters, memorandum, invoices and other indexed documents according to an established system.
Input information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into a computer database and various company software.
Utilize research skills to troubleshoot client issues.
Operate office equipment (ie: scanner, fax, copier, postal, computer, phone, printer) and complete general office work.
Receives and places telephone calls. Provide backup reception as needed.
Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential.
Maintain confidentiality to protect the organization?s value.
Participate in Medicare annual open enrollment project, by gathering information and preparing reports for clients.
Experience in working with disabled and seniors is very helpful.
This position will evolve to include accounting functions.
Required skills include: knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook; knowledge of general accounting procedures; ability to perform mathematical calculations; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; Organization, Financial Software, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, PC Proficiency, Typing, Productivity, Dependability
