Reporting to the Financial Controller, will be responsible for performing a range of tasks in support of the Finance Team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performs a variety of routine tasks, to include preparing, recording, verifying, analyzing and reporting Vend transactions daily.
Maintains and reconciles sales and payment files to the financial statements and reports.
Ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed.
Maintains the databases, reports and records that are necessary ensure accurate reporting of revenue.
Communicates effectively through phone, e-mail and correspondence, while maintaining a professional manner.
Keeps strict confidentiality of all financial information according to company policies and procedures.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High school graduate and some college preferred.
Previous Vend System experience preferred, but not required.
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion.
Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in changing situations.
Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to recognize and solve typical problems and select solutions from established options.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
