Automotive Sales Representative Job Opening in Elmsford, New york - As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting in all areas of customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Help with and handle inbound calls while obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle sales inquiries.
Quickly learn main aspects of all departments to better enhance client experience.
Expedite resolution of client inquiries.
Greet, analyze clients needs in order to expedite the sales process and to ensure excellent service and a satisfied client.
Qualifications
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be a quick learner, exhibit ability to work in fast paced team environment, and be capable of prioritizing tasks and duties
Strong verbal and written communication. General computer knowledge is required.
Must be capable of walking others through complicated automotive tech. programs (navigation, bluetooth, etc.).
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED Required-College degree preferred
1-3 years of customer service.
