Payroll/Accounting/HR $12-$15 DOE Job Opening in Orem, Utah - In business for over 25 years, Showtime Pictures is an ever growing company. We are looking for someone to join our accounting department part-time or full-time. For entry level accountants, and accounting students, this is a valuable opportunity to gain accounting experience.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Monthly cash reconciliations for about 10 locations.
Monthly General Journal entries of revenues.
Weekly purchasing.
Revenue reconciliations with clients.
Assist with Payroll/Human Resources
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
Within two years of graduation working on a degree in accounting.
Knowledge of accounting rules and procedures
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel and general computer proficiency.
Strong communication skills.
Strong work ethic, able to multi-task, honest, dependable, etc.
Ability to spot errors or other issues in reports and procedures.
