Cash Applications Team Lead Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - We are currently looking for a Cash Applications Team Lead. You will be responsible for overseeing 4 team members on a daily basis and ensuring that weekly goals are being met by means of accountability. In addition the candidate will ensure that all cash applications are accurate and processed in a timely fashion. Our ideal candidate will poses at least 1-2 years management experiences, have a positive and hardworking attitude and ability to build working relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising cash applications of multiple divisions
- Supervising intercompany accounts
- Ensuring attention to detail at all times
- Management of a team of 4 employees
- Holding team members accountable to weekly goals
- Providing supervisors with reports on a weekly basis
- Managing customer relationships
- Communicating with customers and team members
- Training and delegating of various tasks to team members
Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years management experience
- Ability to manage and hold team members accountable
- Some experience in accounting
- Ability to be aggressive while building relationships
- Positive attitude and ability to get along with varying personalities
- Ability to train and coach team members in order to be successful
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
