Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - We are looking for a skilled bookkeeper to join our team. Job description:
Prepare accounting reports and Financial Statements
Accounting entry
monthly, quarterly, annually
Bank reconciliations
Payroll/payroll tax deposits
Tax filings
Quarterly payroll forms: 940, 941, TWC, W-2, W3, 1099, 1096
Assist with financial reports for month-end close.
Assist with special projects, depending on needs of managers and staff
Qualifications that we're looking for:
-BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
-2+ years experience as bookkeeper or related field
-Proficient with QuickBooks
-Organized / Detail conscious
-Navigate well in excel and word
