Joining the IMN team as a Technical Support Specialist requires the following:
High School Diploma or GED
A solid understanding of network technology (routers, firewalls, switches, ports, NAT, IP, gateway, DNS, cabling, url's, etc.) and the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure.
A solid understanding of computer hardware (servers, desktop, laptop, tablet, chrome book, etc.) and the ability to configure, troubleshoot, backup, and maintain hardware infrastructure.
A solid understanding of audio / visual technology (video cameras, video codecs, av cables, screens, monitors, projectors, speakers, audio amplifiers, unicast and multicast streaming, etc.) and the ability to connect, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain audio visual solutions.
A positive, "can-do", attitude.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good customer service skills.
Familiarity with use of software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.
Familiarity with use of remote technical support tools like TeamViewer, etc.
Business acumen.
The ideal new IMN team member would also:

Have some graphic design ability and enjoy creating new marketing communication documents or digital media.
Have knowledge of and enjoy working with digital still and video cameras.
