Data Entry Clerk Job Opening in Marion, Ohio - United Church Homes, Inc., a not-for-profit organization transforming aging through residential and healthcare services is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to fill a long-term temporary position.
The candidate will be responsible for performing various clerical tasks related to accounts payable transactions.
Responsibilities:
Enter variety of data using current technology
Coding invoices
Processing checks for multiple locations
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
Process and enter 300+ invoices weekly
Review discrepancies in data received
Advise supervisor of issues related to data
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner
Excellent typing skills
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-pace and high-volume environment
Understanding of invoice style billing preferred
