We are currently seeking energetic, self-motivated sales associates with a passion for retail and fashion industry.
We're looking for the following skills and experience:
Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
A friendly, pleasant approach to customer service with ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
Excellent listening skills with ability to access customer needs and adjust sales style appropriately
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Available to work a flexible schedule
Japanese speaking is a plus
