We are looking to hire a strategic, results-oriented and energetic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to oversee our building products sales in the Southeast Region of the United States (Greenville, SC, Charlotte NC, Nashville TN, Atlanta GA) Supply Centers.

for Southeast Regional Sales Manager:
Active participation in the development of sales strategy for the region
Identifying key target accounts and generating sales in the assigned areas
Managing, mentoring and developing several Territory Sales Managers to help insure their continued sales success
RSM will be closely involved in building and maintaining relationships with key customers in the region and developing a strategy for meeting customers? needs
RSM will provide input into the development of sales budgets and incentive plans, and participate in the roll out of these plans to the region
Position requires regular travel of 70-80% to visit key customers and provides hands-on support, direction and guidance to the sales team

Desired of the Southeast Regional Sales Manager:
minimum of 5 years of sales management experience
proven sales track record
self-starter
knowledge of the target market and of the building products industry
strong leadership and management skills
demonstrated ability to think strategically
superior communication and organizational skills
ability to travel on a regular basis
