Radio Sales Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - Outbound Radio Advertising Sales Representative We are seeking a resilient self starter with a passion for outside sales who is responsible for prospecting for and securing ad sales for TV, Radio and our website.
At our commission rate of 20%, there is potential to make $5,000+ per month. This is achievable for someone who is a ! You may work from the office or work from home, and you can make your own hours.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Advertising Sales Representative will be responsible for: -Identifying and approaching advertisers interested in a long-term partnership with a budding media company. -Strategizing to align CN2S Inc. with sponsors and advertisers that will not only grow the company financially, but grow the audience for our various media properties. These include the flagship podcast, review articles, and any other show brought onto the Website. - Engage in daily prospecting calls (60-80 dials or approximately 3 hours of unscripted calls per day). You will also use your internet research skills to identify sales leads.- Daily call activity will be 100% outbound. Must be focused and persistent in getting through gatekeepers to identify and engage decision makers within prospective accounts. -- Demonstrate an organized and disciplined approach to following-up with every customer to minimize the risk of losing opportunities.- Coordinating advertisers interested in sponsoring a specific episode, guest, or article written for the Website- Anticipate and overcome objectives; must be an effective closer who consistently asks for the deal.-Track and Report Weekly progress and make adjustments to address any areas where goals are not being long-term advertising and marketing plans for CN2S's growth and SHOULD HAVE: -Specialized knowledge in online and media ad sales -Relative understanding of popular sports culture and celebrities -Understanding of the talk radio format -Positive attitude toward joining a budding media company - The position is commissioned based. This means as a representative, you will receive a cut of whatever advertisements you are able to sell. Representatives will be able to work remotely, with the position beginning August 11. PRIMARY cold calling to get the attention of possible clients. Read scripts. Visit businesses to inquire about advertising sales. Sell ad space or time. Build relationships with clients. Understand the needs of each client. Know all advertising options. Keep abreast of changes within the publication's demographics. Use statistics in sales pitch. Perform extensive research on clients and competitors. Focus on growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients. Conduct meetings. Make sales presentations. Sell general or direct response print ads Sell air time for television and radio programs. Generate and describe creative, results-focused marketing concepts to a diverse client base. Handle incoming inquiries to buy ad space. Book sales appointments.
