Jr. Staff Accountant Job Opening in Arcadia, California - Immediate opening for full-time position with privately owned Property Management Company for commercial property, hotel, mix-used and restaurant.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
Support leasing accounting processing
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Produce monthly and annual financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, and month/year end report(s).
Perform reconciliation for bank statements, CAM and property tax.
Requirements:
Bilingual in Mandarin, Chinese, is highly desired.
Minimum 1+ years experience working in commercial property Management Company preferred.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related subject is preferred.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Yardi is desired.
