Ideal candidates will possess an outgoing and positive attitude, ability to work independently and as a team and exceed our guest?s expectations. Preferred applicants will have automotive experience but it is not required as our Management team will train those with a willingness to learn, execute and maintain a team atmosphere. $36K PER YEAR GUARANTEE!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and guide guests as they approach lot and enter into the sales process
Discuss guest?s personal and financial needs pertaining to a vehicle purchase
Assist guest in the completion of their credit applications
Ensure the lot and sales floor is merchandised according to dealer and OEM standards
REQUIREMENTS:
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to handle objections in a warm and friendly manner
Have a proven sales track record
Strong multi-channel communication skills
Consistent mind set to surpass Customer Satisfaction Index
Computer literate and have basic math skills
