Founded in 2010 as a small graphic design shop, A & D Designs Inc. is a full-service marketing company. Our Graphic Design Division offers a wide range of graphic services from custom logo design to custom website design. It also operates and oversees a Full Color Printing Division and is the parent company to Infinity Business Media Group. We lead the field in print and digital press printing solutions and have since expanded our office/showroom. We are passionate about what we do and proud of the ways we've helped our partners expand their businesses.
Position: Printing and Advertising Sales Consultant
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to sell our graphic design services, commercial printing and digital printing services. Candidates must possess high energy, excellent communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. Candidates will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, managing and growing their customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and grow new print and digital accounts
- Prepare proposals and close sales
- Handle an aggressive schedule of daily sales contacts, sales appointments
- Accuracy and organization are critical to success
- Drive new business sales by setting appointments and presenting the appropriate suite of services to prospects
- Establish and build relationships with clients to provide the best possible service
- Maintain company standard of excellence and culture - Contribute positively to the culture and environment each and every day
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and ambitious with a positive "can do" attitude
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
- Able to negotiate and close sales in a professional manner
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Must be exceptionally self-motivated
- Must be reliable
