Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals promoting medical device portfolio. Inside Sales Representative will work in partnership with internal team members which including Sales Managers, Marketing Department, and Customer Service representatives to ensure overall positive customer experience and accelerate growth.
Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed required selling activity metrics goals for assigned territory by creating Sales Plan, manage customer account base, and close opportunities
Utilize technology platforms and data to analyze territory and effectively target accounts.
Effectively manage sales pipeline via
Master features, benefits and value of product lines and present these to clinical and economic call points
Present proposals, negotiate pricing and effectively differentiate product offerings.
Build consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners and end users.
Maintain active presence at top accounts.
In-service accounts by demonstrating product applications, functionality and use.
Maintain knowledge of the current industry / competitive landscape including, GPO?s, healthcare economics, reimbursement, competitors and competitive products.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and tradeshows as directed. Some travel within assigned territories to call on accounts is expected, including overnights.
Complete business unit objectives as well as individual development plans
Requirements
Bachelor?s Degree required
MUST be able to travel 15% of the time
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must demonstrate ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, pay attention to detail, and prioritize.
Ability to successfully interact with customers over the phone and in-person.
Ability to work positively and constructively in a team environment
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously to achieve activity and sales goals.
Ideal candidates will be able to consider future relocation opportunities for growth into field sales(MUST be open to relocate anywhere in the US)
MUST be Self-motivated, have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and time management skills
