Summary Description:
The Maintenance Director is responsible for directing the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with the current applicable federal, state, and local requirements, and as directed by the Administrator or designee, to ensure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.
Skills/Knowledge:
At a minimum, must possess a high school diploma. Must have a minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance/plant related position. Must be knowledgeable in boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Must have the ability to read and interpret blue prints. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
