Location: Bothell, WA
Hours: M-F, day shift
Pay: $18-22/hr; dependent on experience
Responsibilities:
Process transitions in Oracle Fusion entering invoices, matching them to purchase orders, and communicating with customers for approval
Prioritize invoices according to payment terms and maintain unapproved invoice queue
Research and resolve vendor inquiries
Reconcile vendor statements
Respond to vendor and internal inquires
Assist accounting team with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years of experience in accounts payable
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Willingness to learn
Strong communication skills
Customer service experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with Oracle required
