Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Opening in Schaumburg, Illinois - WORLD LEADING ORGANIZATION IN SEARCH OF AN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST FOR A DETAIL ORIENTED ROLE IN CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process cash on a daily basis which includes posting of wires and checks.
Reconcile cash postings to bank statements, research and resolve any discrepancies.
Enter data into customer portfolios.
Update bank information and set up new customers.
Provide cash posting back-up due to high-peak volume periods.
Issue credits and debits to customer accounts.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of experience with cash applications, accounts receivable, and/or account reconciliation.
Basic Accounting skills.
Attention to detail is required.
Strong mathematical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
