Accounting Admin Job Opening in Wheeling, Illinois - Plumbing and waterproofing company in Wheeling is looking for an individual with Quickbooks experience. Hours are currently from 9:00 - 3:00 (30 hours a week) but can change depending upon the employees needs.
You will enter a/p invoices, check runs and bank reconciliation. Create accounts receivable invoices, receive payments and bank runs.
On the administration side you will assist the owner as needed.
