We are an inbound call center that provides wireless support and/sales for our client!
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Stellar customer service skills ? and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
Ability to use phone and computer systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong skills
Ability to stay composed and objective
Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a HS Diploma/GED
Customer Service experience is a plus! (We will train those with a willing, can-do attitude!)
Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and E-Verify
