Inside Sales Associate Job Opening in Reno, Nevada - A top local company, of fifteen years, is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to fill an inside sales position. You will be starting off with current customers and also new customers/accounts.
DUTIES: Responsible for answering inbound phone calls, accommodate walk in customers and create and maintain sales orders.
SKILLS: Customer service skills with the ability to juggle tasks well without getting overwhelmed. Must be punctual and organized. Computer oriented; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (Quickbooks knowledge a plus). Sales experience a plus. Enthusiastic and a team player.
EDUCATION: College education is a plus, but not mandatory
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years office experience. Some sales experience is a plus. Training will be provided regarding product and sales methods.
