Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - National leader in the high-end, custom residential building materials space is currently looking to add an "A" player who is hungry for success to our exceptional Atlanta Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to build significant territorial equity and establish long-term relationships with today's top custom home builders.
The ideal candidate will have:
*One year of successful outside sales hunting sales experience
*Minimum of 2 years successful outside sales experience
*A successful track record of penetrating new accounts at high levels through hard work combined with creative/innovative approaches.
*A track record of assessing needs, finding Dominant Buying Modes and gaining commitment through strong Qualifying and Creative Value based selling skills.
*The ability to build relationships quickly and become a trusted advisor.
*Have a competitive nature and strong sense of urgency.
*Ability to learn processes and follow direction.
We are specifically looking for driven, competitive individuals with a passion for success and a track record of over achieving. Rapid advancement opportunities exist based on performance. Salary range potential is 100K- 120K (1st year), 150K- 175K (2nd year), and 200K-250K (3rd year).
