CFO Job Opening in Birmingham, Michigan - Our growing, child centered not-for-profit organization in Oakland County seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic leader to guide the organization?s business office. Requires a bachelor?s degree in accounting or finance and at least 3 years experience in supervisory and leadership roles.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting and finance background with expertise in accounting software and Excel excellent management and communication skills; be highly proactive and organized, and have a proven track record of success as a business office leader.
Responsibilities include supervision of an accountant, business office and HR director, as well as the management of: 1) all finances, accounting, and payroll, 2) facilities, operations, and IT, 3) human resources/benefits, and 4) working closely with the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees to develop long and short term financial goals for the organization.
