Accounting Specialist Job Opening in Hampton, New jersey - Scherer Design Group, LLC (SDG) is a consulting engineering firm providing full service site design to the telecommunications industry. Our talented, dedicated and down-to-earth team of hands-on engineers, technicians and inspectors is seeking a like-minded individual to support the administrative staff in all duties related to accounting, billing and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities
Supports all AR and AP procedures
Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Verify the coding on invoices to ensure the proper general ledger account is charged
Reconciles all driver and corporate credit card statements
Responsible for obtaining W-9 & COI?s for new vendors
Maintains accounts payable records and filing system
Creates reporting documents based on provided criteria and intuitive thinking
Provides administrative and clerical support to management staff
Job Specifications, Standards and Requirements
College degree in management required
Desire & ability to learn the wireless engineering field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word & Outlook
Advanced communication and organizational skills
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Strong interpersonal skills essential to developing and maintaining constructive, cooperative and professional working relationships
Effective time management through prioritizing, organizing and successfully accomplishing work according to established deadlines, with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Cooperative attitude and receptiveness to feedback
Upbeat, dependable and stress-tolerant nature
Knowledge in Deltek Vision a ?big? plus
