Complete Janitorial Service continues to explore new territories, a Birmingham, Al based company that is growing. We have been developing business in the Birmingham metropolitan & surrounding area mostly from Inside Sales. We are looking for talented Outside Sales Representatives to help continue to grow our business. The Business Development Personnel will create relationships with medium to large size customers at their place of you have enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, a drive to succeed, enjoy selling and seek a generous base salary with unlimited commission potential; a career with Complete Janitorial may be the right fit for you!
Essential Responsibilities:
Travels, by car and/or walking, throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to develop clientele
Develops potential sales opportunities from company provided lists of prospective customers * Obtains customer information and square footage necessary for pricing analyst to create cost savings proposal
Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with clients to ensure a great customer experience
Expands vertical markets from office, industrial to construction cleanups.
Completes daily reports of sales activities
Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts * Investigates and resolves customer issues
Minimum Requirements:
Detail-oriented, self-starter with outstanding follow-up, follow-through and closing skills is a must
Respond to customer needs and coordinate positive solutions
Strong communication and prospecting skills
Self-starter, results oriented
Ability to work independently without close supervision
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Time management and organizational skills are extremely important
Must have extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent decision-making skills
