The Physician Liaison will:
Maximize business development opportunities
Collaborate and communicate with physicians, and recruit them to the medical staff
Build communication, retention, and the satisfaction of physicians in the network
Promote and grow surgical referrals
Conduct outreach to skilled nursing facilities, Federally-qualified health centers, IPAs and related community-based organizations
Strengthen the hospital?s primary care practitioner base
Qualifications include:
Bachelor?s degree or higher, ideally in a health-related field
Strong interpersonal skills and influence
Ability to communicate professionally, concisely and consistently, particularly with physicians
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting highly desirable
Proficient MS Office skills
