Accounting Manager Job Opening in Wilsonville, Oregon - We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to help administer and create efficiency in our portfolio companies. This position plays a critical role in providing required accounting control and process assurance to corporate management.
The ideal candidate has experience partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders to integrate processes and create operational synergies. The Manager will also lead teams in the implementation of new technologies to standardize and automate accounting related functions. They should be proficient in computer software applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
Upgrade payroll & prepare for centralization
Maximize cash-flow via accounts payable management
Prepare consolidated financials
Create process to drive vendor management and selection
Manage projects to digitize and archive primary source documents
Manage reporting for debt covenants
Set-up and process management company payroll
Back-up site level staffing
Audit site work, balance sheet reconciliation, and payroll for accuracy
Assist in annual budget preparation
Administrative:
Manage Governmental Renewals
Prepare Corporate Minutes and other required documents
Manage Contract Database
Prepare accounting and operational reports vs. prior years and budgets
Due diligence as needed
Other tasks as assigned
