Position Description:
Beautiful downtown Portland design firm is seeking an experienced payroll professional with ADP experience to join the accounting team. In this role you will be responsible for:
Processing a bi-weekly payroll for 90 salaried & hourly employees
Generating ACA reports
Cutting checks through Deltek Vision
Performing journal entries
Creating accounting reports through Excel
Answering employee questions regarding benefits
Assisting with various accounting tasks as assigned
If you are an experienced payroll specialist with ADP software experience, looking for a progressive office environment, and working on a strong team of accountants, then this is a great opportunity for you! This position is full time, Monday through Friday with excellent benefits once hired on and located in beautiful Downtown Portland.
Specifics:
3-5 years payroll accounting experience
Proficient at ADP Software
Advanced at MS Excel
ACA reporting experience preferred
Comfortable working independently
