The Job:
This position supports the intake department by partnering with team members, department managers and other department teams to support the initial sale, manage home health care cases and close potential contracts.
This position is a base pay position, with bonus incentives .
Responsibilities:
Receive assigned referrals and contact all leads within 48 hours.
Complete screening processes with clients and discuss the benefits of our service.
Strategize and complete necessary selling techniques to potential clients, based on their needs and the services we offer.
Utilize the Salesforce platform to manage caseloads, inbound and outbound calls, as well as all other communication needed to maximize sales.
Communicate with physicians to obtain necessary information for communication with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Requirements:
Our new Team member needs to be a strong communicator, both verbally and in written form. We need you to be extremely focused on helping Veterans understand how we can serve them.

Physical Requirements :
Most work is performed in a temperature controlled work environment.
Team members must be able to sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation for extended periods of time.
Team members must be able to to utilize calculators, keyboards, telephones and other office equipment throughout a normal work day.
Team members must be capable of operating a computer and telephone effectively, throughout a normal business day.
This position may require stooping, bending, twisting, walking and reaching, to complete normal job duties.
