Construction organization is seeking an Accounting Administrator to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis. This individual will be responsible for performing all activities relating to payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Job Description:
Perform daily payroll department operations
Process accurate and timely year-end reporting
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile credit card statements
Update w-9 and form 1099
Prepare and post related journal entries for month end close
Job Requirements:
2+ years accounting and payroll experience
Strong communication and written skills
Advanced Excel
Job Type: Full-time
