CNC Lathe/ Setup Operator Job Opening in detroit, Michigan - CNC Lathe/ Setup Operator Staffworks is currently seeking CNC Lathe/ Setup Operators. The ideal candidate will be able to program, set up and operate, with a high degree of accuracy, CNC horizontal lathe(s) for the machining of defense and commercial related components. Responsibilities: Review and understand blueprints as reqired before performing necessary programming (Fanuc) and work/tool change overs. Must be quality focused, self-starter and willing to work as a team with co-workers. Abide by company policies and procedures as well as doctrines fo ISO and QS 9000. Lift objects up to 50 pounds. Must have normal vision to inspect products and use measurement gauges. Must be available for overtime as necessary. Must have own machinist tools.
