We are seeking to hire an Accreditation Specialist to carry out education accreditation activities and faculty procurement. The Accreditation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and procuring leading expert faculty or course directors for individual medical education programs and in support of the Manager of Accreditation and Compliance in maintaining continued compliance with the accreditation and re-accreditation standards required by Joint Accreditation (JA); ACCME; ACPE; ANCC; AANP; ADA; APA and other accreditation bodies.

Position Duties:
Work with the Manager of Accreditation and Compliance to fulfill the mandate of ensuring that PRIME at all times has met and exceeded the stringent accreditation requirements for medical education programs
Serve as an active participant in the company?s accreditation and re-accreditation processes, including establishing plans and timelines for resource allocation, such as involving departments in collection of data or documents
Identify, communicate with, and procure published, nationally recognized, and compliant-driven faculty to serve as course directors, planners, expert faculty, and peer reviewers, while understanding the goals of each project in order to appropriately recruit appropriate faculty and clearly delineate their role on these projects
Ensure all faculty is executed, received, reviewed, and uploaded to meet internal and external requirements
Participate in reviewing all activity promotional materials developed by the company to ensure compliance with accreditation criteria as well as accuracy of faculty information, and work with the communications and marketing leads to implement timely and accurate communication materials
Serve as the primary contact for contracted expert faculty

Candidate Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in related field of study or equivalent work experience
Prior experience with medical education programs, particularly related to collaborating with expert faculty, course directors or peer reviewers
Current knowledge of the health care industry and the CE accreditation environment
Some knowledge of the accreditation and re-accreditation process
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in multi-tasking and balancing/managing multiple projects
